These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GHL Pro software platform, website, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

 1. About GHL Pro

GHL Pro is a subscription-based CRM, automation, and communication software platform designed to help businesses manage leads, appointments, marketing, and customer communication.

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services.

 

3. Account Registration

To access the Services, you must:

  • Provide accurate account information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

GHL Pro is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your actions or negligence.

 

4. Subscription & Billing

GHL Pro operates on a recurring subscription basis.

By subscribing, you agree that:

  • Your payment method will be automatically charged at the interval you selected (monthly or yearly)

  • Prices may be updated with prior notice

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service

You may cancel at any time (see Section 5).

 

5. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support or using the cancellation link provided through your billing portal.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your access remains active until the end of the prepaid billing period

  • No refunds are issued for past charges

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for unpaid invoices.

 

6. Refund Policy

Because GHL Pro provides digital services and immediate access to software tools, all payments are non-refundable, including partial months or unused time.

Please review your plan carefully before subscribing.

 

7. Use of the Services

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes

  • Interfere with system integrity or security

  • Share your account with unauthorized users

  • Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell the Services

  • Spam, misuse communications, or violate third-party rights

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, software, designs, logos, and materials provided by GHL Pro remain the exclusive property of GHL Pro.

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your business.

 

9. Availability & Updates

We may update, enhance, or modify the Services at any time.

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted availability

  • Error-free operation

  • Compatibility with all devices or systems

Downtime may occur for maintenance or updates.

 

10. Third-Party Integrations

GHL Pro may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., payment processors, communication tools).

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party terms

  • Third-party downtime

  • Data handled by third-party systems

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GHL Pro is not liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Loss of profits or revenue

  • Business interruption

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the last 3 months of your subscription.

 

12. No Guarantees

GHL Pro does not guarantee:

  • Specific results

  • Increased revenue

  • Lead volume or performance metrics

  • Compatibility with all business systems

Performance varies based on your implementation and external factors.

 

13. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle data.

 

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
