This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for all subscriptions, add-ons, and services provided through our platform. By subscribing to our Services, you agree to the terms below.

 1. General Refund Rule

Because GHL Pro provides immediate access to digital tools, software features, automations, and account resources upon sign-up:

All payments made to GHL Pro are non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Monthly subscription fees

  • Yearly subscription fees

  • Setup or onboarding fees

  • Add-on services

  • Automations or AI features

  • Partial months or unused time

We recommend reviewing your plan carefully before subscribing.

 

2. Subscription Billing

GHL Pro operates on recurring billing.

When you subscribe:

  • Your payment method is charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle

  • Subscriptions renew unless canceled

  • You are responsible for managing your own billing and cancellation

 

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Contacting support at support@aesthetixmedia.com, or

  • Using your billing portal (if applicable)

Upon canceling:

  • You will retain access to the Services until the end of the current billing period

  • You will not be charged again

  • No prorated or partial refunds will be issued

 

4. Billing Errors

If you believe there is an error with your billing, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.

We will investigate and correct any confirmed mistakes.

This does not include:

  • Forgetting to cancel

  • Not using the platform

  • Change of business needs

  • Buyer’s remorse

 

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback for a valid subscription may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension

  • Removal of platform access

  • Permanent ban from future use

6. Exceptional Refund Considerations

Refunds may only be issued if:

  • A duplicate charge occurred

  • A technical error caused multiple unexpected payments

  • The same user was billed twice for identical subscriptions

These are handled case-by-case, and proof may be required.

 

7. Changes to This Policy

GHL Pro may update this Refund Policy at any time.

All changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
